You’ll share what you’re struggling with stress, anxiety, grief, unhealthy behaviours you somehow cannot change even if trying hard or there are thoughts popping up by themselves which hiner you from being successful?

The AI helps identify negative past experiences that might be affecting you. It then suggests a structured plan tailored to your needs.

Guided Sessions:

At your own pace, start guided sessions with the AI coach. In each session, you focus on one memory or topic. Dianai uses gentle exercises to help you release the painful emotions tied to that memory. You remain in control – you can pause or stop any time if you feel uncomfortable.

Anytime Support:

If you feel overwhelmed or have a rough day, you can start an instant support session anytime. Dianai is available 24/7. It’s like having a coach on-call to help you calm down and feel safer in the moment.

Track Your Progress:

Over a series of sessions (often a few weeks), you’ll notice changes. [Name] checks in on your stress, sleep, or mood. You can literally see your progress – for example, feeling less anxious or sleeping better. That’s important, because the changes might be so fundamental, that in 2 month a person doesn’t even remember how bad they might have been before.
